Adam Shultz is a Principal at Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates in Janesville, Wisconsin. He serves as the Managing Broker and is teamed up with veteran broker Bill Mears. In addition to his multiple years in real estate specializing in industrial, investment, vacant land, and office sales and leasing, Shultz brings seven years of previous finance and sales experience to the team. Shultz received a B.A. from UW-Madison in both Spanish and Economics. Coming from a background in commercial lending, Shultz possesses the knowledge and creativity to structure debt and financing in order to help execute commercial real estate deals. Adam is a member of Wisconsin Power Partners and the Janesville Government Relations Council. He is an involved community advocate and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, son, daughter, and two dogs.

Mandy Witt specializes in retail and office sales and leasing at Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates in Janesville, Wisconsin. Witt has been involved with economic development activities since 2004 when she joined the company and was promoted in quick succession from Assistant to Director of Brokerage to Sales Associate and, most recently, Senior Associate. Witt received her B.A. from Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, obtaining a double major in Communications and Business Management. Her passion for and experience with retail and office is a perfect pairing of her professional and personal interests. In addition to her career in commercial real estate, Mandy is dedicated to her community as an active member and past President of the Janesville Noon Rotary, a fitness instructor for the Janesville Athletic Club, and an enthusiastic University of Wisconsin sports fan.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Mathew graduated from the University of Central Florida before moving to the West Coast to work for a hospitality development firm.  After managing several hotel and nightclub redevelopments, he started his own vacation rental management company, which continues today. He's a natural when it comes to managing long, complex projects. With a background in commercial real estate, construction, and development, Mathew's ability to navigate land use challenges, city regulations, and contractors is top-notch.

Adrian Henning serves as the Operations & Marketing Director for Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates. A Janesville native with a background in Political Science from UW-Milwaukee, Adrian blends a deep understanding of local community structures with a high-energy approach to business operations. Bringing years of experience in strategic promotions, she excels at navigating the fast-paced demands of the commercial real estate industry. Adrian’s leadership extends beyond the office; a 2022 graduate of the Leadership Development Academy (LDA) of Rock County, she was honored as "Rookie of the Year" in 2023 and currently serves as the Chair of the LDA Board of Directors. Her commitment to Rock County’s success is further evidenced by her roles as Secretary for the Janesville Area Crime Stoppers Board and Past Chair of the YWCA of Rock County. Outside of her professional and philanthropic pursuits, Adrian enjoys life in Janesville with her husband and two children.
